CoilHeater: helical cardridges

Conformable

The heating elements CoilHeater are specially designed for heating cylinders and nozzles. They are cardridges of a very small diameter but of great calorific power, which evenly distribute their heat 360º.
The heating wire is of the best quality on the market, with a thin outer layer of Mg0 and covered by a stainless steel sheath, all of which goes through a compacting process to achieve a longer life and reach a temperature of 950 ºC.
Optionally, the heater can be hermetically sealed to prevent the entry of materials, moisture, liquids, etc.
It is recommended for a better performance of the heaters. CoilHeater, the use of Thermocopy.

Maxiwatt's exclusive construction system, with its electronic system of spiral separation, guarantees the same temperature throughout the perimeter and length of the resistance, obtaining a uniform and long-lasting temperature.
